Applications Of EPS Cutting Machines

EPS cutting machines are used in both metal and non-metal industries. Generally, the non-metal industry is more subdivided, including stone cutting machines, waterjet cutting machines, and serrated cutting machines for cutting stone; laser cutting machines and blade cutting machines for cutting fabrics, plastics, and synthetic fibers; and flame cutting machines and plasma cutting machines for cutting metal materials. Flame cutting machines are further divided into CNC and manual types. Manual types include trolley-type, semi-automatic, and fully manual models. CNC types include gantry CNC cutting machines, cantilever CNC cutting machines, tabletop CNC cutting machines, and intersecting line CNC cutting machines, etc.

 

EPS cutting machines offer the highest efficiency and cutting precision, but are generally suitable for thinner cuts. Plasma cutting machines also have high cutting speeds, but produce cuts with a certain bevel. Flame cutting machines are designed for thicker carbon steel materials.
