Boasting a heavy-duty construction and an optimized steam system, this vertical vacuum EPS block molding machine ensures stable, efficient, and high-quality block forming. Its sturdy frame is constructed from welded high-strength rectangular tubes and steel plates, while the inner molds are subjected to electric furnace stress-relief annealing-this process enhances both structural strength and operational safety. Every mold frame undergoes heat treatment to eliminate welding stress, which effectively prevents deformation and guarantees consistent performance over long-term use. Following heat treatment, the surfaces are sandblasted to boost rust resistance and coating adhesion, delivering superior corrosion protection and extending the machine's service life.
Safety is prioritized with the installation of 3 sets of German gauges and safety valves, and the machine has successfully passed multiple water pressure and steam tests to ensure reliable and stable operation. The advanced steam system significantly boosts efficiency: three ball valves reduce steam consumption by 20% when compared to a single large valve. Equipped with ISO-standard butterfly valves, the system operates more stably and durably. Its 3D heating design ensures uniform heat distribution, reducing heating time and achieving energy savings.
