After startup, the vacuum system operates fully automatically. During operation, the vacuum level (i.e., the even distribution of vacuum rarefaction) throughout the system fluctuates within its allowable range, which can be adjusted according to user requirements. Using screw vacuum pumps, Roots vacuum pumps, rotary vane vacuum pumps, and water ring vacuum pumps, the vacuum system can achieve optimal process flow.
If the first vacuum pump fails to reach the set vacuum level after startup, the second vacuum pump starts until the set vacuum value is achieved. Once the set value is reached, the first vacuum pump stops, followed by the second pump, and the cycle repeats. The vacuum system can be automatically controlled without human intervention and automatically shuts down in the event of a power outage. The control box also protects the vacuum pump motors from overload and short circuit.
