What is an EPS pre-release machine?

An EPS pre-expansion machine, also known as an intermittent pre-expansion machine, quantitative pre-expansion machine, or pressurized pre-expansion machine, is a core piece of equipment in the manufacturing process of foamed products.

 

The EPS pre-expansion machine is mainly used to produce foam from an aqueous solution of foaming agent at a certain concentration to meet the molding requirements of the packaging product manufacturing process. It is typically used in conjunction with a fully automatic packaging molding machine, ensuring the quality of the molded products by providing EPS pre-expansion material with uniform density and no clumping.
