EPS Production Line Workflow The EPS production line begins with raw EPS beads, which are transported to the pre-expander for steam pre-expansion to achieve the required density. The expanded beads are then conveyed to the aging silos, where they are stabilized through cooling and internal pressure equalization.

After the aging process, the material is automatically transferred to either the shape molding machine for producing customized EPS products or the block molding machine for manufacturing large EPS blocks. The molded products are cooled, stabilized, and moved to the storage area.

After Drying, EPS blocks are subsequently processed by the cutting line, where they are cut into boards or customized dimensions according to customer requirements. Finished products are inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

 

Production scrap and trimming waste are collected by the recycling system, crushed, and reused in production, improving material utilization and reducing waste. Throughout the entire production process, essential auxiliary equipment-including the steam boiler, steam tank, air compressor, air receiver, cooling tower, and water tank-provides stable steam, compressed air, and cooling water to ensure reliable, efficient, and continuous operation.

The complete production line is integrated with an intelligent PLC control system, enabling automatic material handling, precise process control, reduced energy consumption, and high production efficiency.
