The energy consumption differences between different models of EPS molding machines mainly depend on power and output. Small machines (e.g., 100T) consume approximately 15-25 kW·h/ton, medium machines (e.g., 200T) consume 10-20 kW·h/ton, and large machines (e.g., 500T) consume 8-15 kW·h/ton. This is due to economies of scale and efficient design, which reduce unit energy consumption.
The energy consumption differences between different models of EPS molding machines are mainly reflected in power and efficiency. Our semi-automatic models have a power of 7-13 kW, and fully automatic models have a power of 3.6-7.5 kW, with adjustable steam pressure from 0.5-0.8 MPa. Fully automatic models can save more than 20% energy through their intelligent control system; however, the specific energy consumption also depends on the production scale and raw material characteristics.
