Upon system startup, the main vacuum pump unit begins operation until the vacuum level inside the vacuum tank reaches the set upper limit. The vacuum pump then automatically stops, and the vacuum within the central vacuum system is maintained by the automatic shut-off of the vacuum check valve on the pipeline. If the vacuum level inside the vacuum tank drops below the set lower limit due to operational needs, the standby vacuum pump unit automatically starts. This cycle repeats continuously, ensuring a stable vacuum source that meets production requirements.

The vacuum system is shipped with pumping speed control, inlet filtration, main operating data display, operational protection, and a remote control interface. Only simple on-site connections of power and piping are required to assemble a complete vacuum system. The control system of this vacuum system is composed of an advanced PLC control system, programmed and using a touchscreen as the human-machine interface, achieving fully automated control of the vacuum system, workpiece movement, magnetic target control, process setting and execution, alarm protection system, etc.
