Vacuum Cooling System

This product adopts an integrated design, which facilitates transportation and on-site installation while occupying a small overall footprint. The overall structure is made of low alloy steel, with the barrel body welded by automated submerged arc welding and sprayed with primer and topcoat for better durability. Inside the barrel, large-area stainless steel is filled for heat dissipation, ensuring a fast cooling rate.

It realizes digital display of mold cavity pressure through electronic control proportional adjustment of water, air pressure and negative pressure. The vacuum pump unit adopts international first-tier brands, featuring high suction efficiency. Equipped with a high-definition 15-inch industrial computer color LCD screen, it boasts simple operation and easy getting started.

The interior of the barrel is easy to clean-just flush it with the high-pressure water gun at the top. It adopts Mitsubishi FX Series PLC Modular Programmable Controller for stable performance. All motors are equipped with overload and power-off protection switches to ensure safe operation. In addition, the remote control technical support function is available as an option, bringing more convenience to users.
