Automatic Foam Molding Equipment EPP Processing Machine adopts a high-strength anti-corrosion structure, which is welded by thick high-strength steel plates and undergoes post-welding stress relief treatment to ensure structural stability, durability and consistent performance. The surface is coated with epoxy zinc-rich primer and high-temperature topcoat, effectively enhancing corrosion resistance and surface aesthetics. Key components are processed by CNC cutting and post-machining galvanization, ensuring machining accuracy and improving surface quality. The guiding system includes 45-grade chrome-plated guide columns and one-step CNC-machined moving mold sleeves. The control system is equipped with Korean Autonics encoder, imported hydraulic and steam components, ensuring precise and stable operation. Remote monitoring via 15.6-inch HD screen and dual inductive switches ensure operational safety.

Korean Autonics encoder with self-adjusting bracket enables accurate, safe production control. Hydraulic station with painted tank, imported components, and differential valve ensures speed/stability; 100- size display monitors pressure clearly. Steam system integrates German Gemü valves, American MAC high-frequency valves, and German Wika sensors for screen adjustable cavity pressure control, ensuring consistent quality. British Norgren solenoids and Japanese SMC 5μm filters in valve control ensure sensitivity and long- term stability.

CNC- cut steel with key components galvanized post- machining ensures accuracy, improves surface quality, extends service life, and reduces maintenance.
