Fully Automated EPS Aging Silo System with Intelligent Material Level Control and Anti-Static Mesh

1. Intelligent Distribution & Discharge

Pneumatic Multi-Path Filling: Integrated with a centralized PLC-controlled blowing system, the silos feature multi-port distribution. This ensures that the beads are distributed evenly without mechanical damage or excessive friction.
Fluidized Bottom Discharge: The silo base is often equipped with a conical "fluidized" zone or a motorized rotary feeder. This prevents material "bridging" or clogging, ensuring a consistent and rapid flow of aged beads to the molding machines.

2. Integrated Process Control

Real-Time Level Sensing: Equipped with ultrasonic or vibration-level sensors that feed data back to the central production HMI. This allows for automated "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) inventory management.
Climate Conditioning (Optional): High-efficiency systems can be integrated with localized heating or dehumidification units at the air intake, accelerating the aging process from 24 hours down to as little as 4–6 hours for high-density requirements.
