High-Throughput Continuous Operation

Designed for 24/7 production, the machine feeds raw pentane-infused beads into the expansion chamber and discharges them continuously. This eliminates the "start-stop" downtime associated with batch processing, significantly increasing daily yield.

Superior Density Uniformity

Equipped with a Frequency-Controlled Spindle and precise steam-to-air ratios, the machine ensures that every bead is expanded to a consistent density. This is vital for downstream molding quality, as uniform beads lead to better fusion and smoother product surfaces.

Advanced Thermal Management

Utilizing high-precision pressure-reducing valves (such as Yoshitake) and proportional steam control, the system maintains a highly stable temperature within the expansion chamber. This prevents "over-expansion" or bead clumping, even at low densities.

Integrated Fluidized Drying Bed

Immediately following expansion, the beads enter a Fluidized Bed with a high-power drying fan. This stabilizes the beads, removes residual moisture, and ensures they are "free-flowing" and ready for the aging silos.

Intelligent PLC Automation

The entire expansion process-including material feeding, steam injection, and bead discharge-is managed by a centralized PLC (e.g., Mitsubishi) with a touchscreen interface. Operators can make micro-adjustments to the density without halting production.

Frequency spindle
The spindle rotation speed can be adjusted according to the raw material process, for ensuring that the material leve can control the expanding weight precisely.

Steam system
Adopt relief valve from YOSHITAKE,Japan, with high- precision drainage valve and filter to ensure steam pressure more stable.

Pressure control
International pressure sensor, German BATTON angle- seat valve and multi- valve exhaust system are used to ensure constant temperature and pressure expanding in the bucket, make sure the expanding process more stable and accurate.

Temperature control
The international temperature sensor and German BATTON steam and air dual proportional valve are used to control the temperature, so maintain the precise expanding temperature, for high – density expanding.

Weighing and feeding
Electronic weighing for feeding, and the feeding weight is setup on the touch screen. The weighing device will automatically weigh to achieve accurate feeding.

Material level control
Adopt the vibration sensor from Korea to control expanding material level precisely, ensuring the uniform density of raw material particles.
Material level of fluidizer bed: the height of material level can be adjusted to ensure the aging effect of expanded particles.
Flap feeding device of fluidizer bed ensure the high efficiency of expanding particle feeding .
Crushing device at bottom of fluidizer bed: to ensure convenient clean of fluidizer bed.
