Its multi-wire configuration allows multiple cutting operations to be completed efficiently, making it suitable for EPS manufacturers seeking higher productivity and consistent product dimensions.
*PLC and computer-based control enable automatic and continuous operation with stable cutting parameters. Cutting accuracy can reach below ±1 mm, while processing dimensions of 2–6 meters are available and can be customized. The cutting speed is approximately 1–2 m/min, and the automatic wire-setting device helps improve production efficiency and simplify daily operation.
