High Efficiency Automatic EPS Batch Pre-Expander Machine for Foam Beads Production

This series of equipment features PLC and human-touch control, enabling automatic operation and easy maintenance. It supports fast process switching with computer memory function. Structurally, the weighing system is mounted on the barrel top, equipped with a high-quality closed hot air drying system; spare parts are from well-known brands, ensuring long service life.

Its processes include an electronic weighing system, photoelectric level control and automatic negative pressure filling device, ensuring accurate expandable material weight with a density error rate ≤3%. Advanced Japanese high-precision pilot pressure reducing valves control barrel temperature and steam pressure, keeping outlet pressure constant and temperature fluctuation within ±1℃.

Suitable for high-altitude anoxic areas, it adopts closed constant pressure foaming, compressed air blowing for automatic barrel discharge, and realizes one-time forming and circular production. It boasts high efficiency, low labor intensity, energy saving and low cost, available in models FDS1100, FDS1400 I-II and FDS1600 I-II.

Frequency spindle
The spindle rotation speed can be adjusted according to the raw material process, for ensuring that the material leve can control the expanding weight precisely.

Steam system
Adopt relief valve from YOSHITAKE,Japan, with high- precision drainage valve and filter to ensure steam pressure more stable.

Pressure control
International pressure sensor, German BATTON angle- seat valve and multi- valve exhaust system are used to ensure constant temperature and pressure expanding in the bucket, make sure the expanding process more stable and accurate.

Temperature control
The international temperature sensor and German BATTON steam and air dual proportional valve are used to control the temperature, so maintain the precise expanding temperature, for high – density expanding.

Weighing and feeding
Electronic weighing for feeding, and the feeding weight is setup on the touch screen. The weighing device will automatically weigh to achieve accurate feeding.

Material level control
Adopt the vibration sensor from Korea to control expanding material level precisely, ensuring the uniform density of raw material particles.
Material level of fluidizer bed: the height of material level can be adjusted to ensure the aging effect of expanded particles.
Flap feeding device of fluidizer bed ensure the high efficiency of expanding particle feeding .
Crushing device at bottom of fluidizer bed: to ensure convenient clean of fluidizer bed.
