The EPS block molding Machine is engineered for the production of fixed-size EPS blocks, with customizable configurations to meet a wide range of production requirements. To enhance structural performance, the machine is equipped with 5 mm Teflon-coated aluminum steam plates, supported by a reinforced substructure with increased support density. This design effectively resists deformation under high-pressure conditions, ensuring that the aluminum plates remain distortion-free even after 10 years of continuous operation. Additionally, all six panels undergo heat treatment to eliminate welding stress, guaranteeing dimensional stability even in high-temperature working environments.
For optimized production efficiency and superior block quality, the machine features an advanced steam distribution system with additional steam lines, enabling uniform steaming and excellent bead fusion. The optimized drainage system significantly accelerates moisture removal, reducing drying time and shortening the waiting period before cutting.

The integration of an intelligent piping system and a precisely controlled steaming process ensures consistent and perfect fusion across both high-density and low-density EPS blocks. A high-speed filling system combined with a high-efficiency vacuum system further enhances productivity, allowing each block to be completed within just 4–8 minutes.
The hydraulic pump-controlled ejection system ensures synchronized and stable movement of all ejectors, improving operational reliability and product consistency. For enhanced durability, the machine surface undergoes a comprehensive treatment process, including rust removal, sandblasting, anti-rust priming, and topcoat painting, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
