EPS Injection Machine

Our horizontal EPS block molding machine is designed for stable, high-quality foam block production. The machine adopts a heavy-duty frame made of high-strength square steel tubes and thick steel plates, ensuring strong rigidity and long service life. It uses 5mm Teflon‑coated aluminum steam plates with dense and heavy-duty supports to prevent deformation under high pressure, maintaining flatness even after years of continuous operation. All six machine panels are heat-treated to eliminate welding stress, avoiding thermal deformation during high-temperature working.

The machine features an optimized steam distribution system for uniform heating, ensuring excellent fusion of both high-density and low-density blocks. An efficient drainage system reduces moisture content significantly, allowing blocks to be cut quickly after molding. The surface is treated with rust removal, sandblasting, and multi-layer anti-corrosion painting for strong durability.

Equipped with a fast filling system and high-efficiency vacuum unit, the machine achieves a short cycle time of 4–8 minutes per block. Hydraulic synchronous ejection ensures stable and consistent movement. Most key components are imported or from well-known brands, guaranteeing reliable performance and low failure rate. It is widely used in EPS block production lines for construction and packaging industries.
