This Automatic EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) Styrofoam Box Machine and Foam Equipment is a high-performance production line specifically optimized for the rapid manufacturing of packaging solutions, such as fruit crates, fish boxes, and electronic protective packaging.
By integrating precision German and Japanese components with advanced thermal engineering, this equipment offers several critical advantages for modern foam factories
Stress-Relieved Framework:
The machine body is constructed from high-strength steel that undergoes electric furnace stress-relief annealing. This prevents frame deformation during long-term, high-pressure operation.
Corrosion Resistance:
Post-heat-treatment sandblasting removes oxidation, allowing for superior coating adhesion. This protects the machine from the humid, corrosive environment typical of foam production plants.
Advanced Vacuum Cooling:
A high-capacity vacuum system rapidly extracts residual heat and moisture. This produces "dry" boxes that can be stacked and shipped almost immediately, reducing the need for large curing areas.
Forward Demolding:
The synchronized ejection system ensures that even complex or deep-cavity boxes are released smoothly without surface damage or cracking.

Hydraulic system: Using new materials and solutions to ensure high temperature resistance and no leakage of the hydraulic system.
Steam system: adopts dual valve control, with more stable pressure and higher efficiency.
Valve system: Using German Burkert solenoid valves and Japanese SMC precision filters for more precise control.
Feeding system: The feeding bucket adopts a horizontal design, multiple discharge ports, and advanced liquid level sensors. Equipped with a self closing exhaust feeding gun.
