High efficiency Industrial Foam Shape Molding machine in EPS Production Line

Intelligent Multi-Valve Control: Unlike standard machines that use a single large valve, high-efficiency models utilize a multi-port steam distribution system (often featuring Gemu or Burkert valves). This ensures uniform 3D heat penetration, reducing steam consumption by up to 25% while ensuring perfect bead fusion.

High-Vacuum Stabilization: Equipped with a high-capacity vacuum pump and an integrated cooling reservoir, the machine rapidly extracts residual heat and moisture. This significantly shortens the cooling phase, enabling a shorter overall cycle time and producing "dry" products ready for immediate packaging.

Stress-Relieved Frame Construction: The machine chassis undergoes electric furnace annealing to relieve internal welding stresses. This prevents frame warping over years of high-pressure operation, maintaining the precise mold alignment necessary for flash-free production.

PLC-Driven Ecosystem: Powered by Mitsubishi or Schneider PLC systems, the machine offers a fully automated "one-touch" production cycle.
