Features a 15.6-inch LED touchscreen paired with a Mitsubishi or Schneider PLC. This allows for fully automated cycles: Filling → Heating → Cooling → Demolding → Ejection.

Accurate Travel Tracking:

The use of Korean Autonics encoders ensures sub-millimeter positioning accuracy ($\pm 0.05\text{mm}$), which is vital for producing boxes with perfect lid-to-base interlocking fits.

Smart Filling System:

The vertical feeding barrel includes 48 independent inlets and a horizontal hopper with liquid level sensors, ensuring uniform density across the entire box structure.

Dual-Valve Steam Logic:

Unlike traditional systems, this machine utilizes a specialized dual-valve configuration that stabilizes internal mold pressure. This ensures 3D heat penetration for perfect bead fusion while reducing steam consumption by approximately 20%.

Gemu & SMC Integration:
