Industrial CNC Polystyrene Cutting Machine with Advanced Software for EPS and XPS Polystyrene cutting
The FC200/250 series CNC foam cutter is specially designed for 2D profile cutting with multi cutting wire, featuring large capacity and high precision. It is ideally suitable for processing exterior cornice moulding, facade cladding and decorative elements, meeting various decoration and processing needs.
All profiles of the machine are connected by aluminum alloy, boasting a simple and elegant appearance, stable movement and high precision. Four sets of limit switches are equipped to provide reliable safety protection. The machine is equipped with X, Y, U, V axes driven by stepping motors, matched with toothed belts or lead screws. The X, Y, U and V axes work simultaneously to realize efficient 2D profile cutting, with a mechanical control accuracy of 0.05mm. Horizontal and vertical wire settings are optional for flexible operation.
In terms of supporting equipment, it is compatible with AUTOCAD for drawing, adopts USB Controller as cutting software, and supports *NC and *.DXF cutting file formats. The electronic components are from SCHNEIDER, ensuring stable performance. A remote controller is provided for convenient operation. For safety, it has hot wire cutting protection-once the cutting hot wire breaks, the machine will automatically stop heating; four limit switches also provide effective stroke protection.
